Registration fee

Please follow these guidelines in order to ensure the inclusion of the work in the conference program and proceedings:

At least one author per paper must be registered for the conference.
A registered author is allowed to submit only 1 final full paper, irrespective of the type of registration fee they paid.
In case of authoring multiple papers, each paper must have a different author registered. But an author may present multiple papers during the conference.
Please register at least one author per paper by July 4, 2025, otherwise, the work will not be included in the program (i.e., it can’t be presented) and will not appear in the conference proceedings.
